ORDER PROCESSING
All orders ship within 3-4 business days (M-F). During the holiday season, average days to process an order may increase depending on volume. Then location will determine the amount of shipping days.

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Orders (US) 
Shipping within the continental US is through USPS or FedEx. 

FREE SHIPPING only applies to Continental United States orders over $100.

Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email or text from Little Fox Bags.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are FINAL SALE.

For all international orders the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN
Little Fox Bags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact FedEx or your local post office for instructions on filing a claim (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact).

WARRANTY
Little Fox Bags all come with a 1-year limited warranty. We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that we stand behind. Our warranty covers hardware and/or defects on items purchased through our website. Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills, scratching, peeling, rubbing off of faux leather or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller are also not covered under our warranty. Warranty is also not valid on products won through promotional giveaways. Due to Buy, Sale, Trade pages defective bags will only be replaced to the original owner or purchaser.

RETURN POLICY
Your item may be returned as long as we receive it within 30 days of purchase and you have the following:

● Unused Merchandise – (All original tags and packaging, all hardware still wrapped in protective plastic, any additional parts and accessories like a messenger strap).

● Original Email Confirmation

If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is used, we will reject the return/refund and will send the used item(s) back to you.

HOW TO RETURN
Within 30 days of purchase email littlefoxbags@gmail.com for a return authorization.

Once authorized, we will email you a return label. Items must be unused in the original box, and include: All original tags and packaging, all hardware still wrapped in protective plastic, any additional parts and accessories like a messenger strap.

Drop your package at a USPS or FedEX location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end).

The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (minus return shipping charges) will be issued within 3-5 business

EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to change an item on you order you will need to purchase the new item(s) you want to guarantee availability. Then email customer service to initiate a return on any unused items at littlefoxbags@gmail.com. Please make sure to read our return policy.
